Information we collect

Photos

You may provide dog photos for AI transformation. Those photos are:

• Temporarily transmitted to secure servers for processing
• Processed with AI (Google Gemini) to generate holiday-themed portraits — Halloween, Easter, Christmas, or New Year's Eve
• Not stored on our servers after processing
• Returned to your device as the finished image

Purchases

Credit packs are sold through Apple's App Store and managed with RevenueCat. We do not collect or store payment card data.

On-device data

• Your transformed photo gallery
• App preferences
• Credit balance

This data stays on your device and is not uploaded as an account.

Information we do not collect

• Name, email, or phone number (unless you email support)
• Location or GPS
• Advertising IDs
• Browsing or search history
• Contacts
• Health data
• Financial data beyond what Apple processes

How we use photos

Photos are used only to generate and return a holiday portrait. We do not use them to train models, run ads, build profiles, or share with unrelated third parties.

Third-party services

Google Gemini AI

Photos are sent securely to Google for processing and handled under Google's Privacy Policy. The integration is configured to minimize retention.

RevenueCat

RevenueCat manages in-app purchases and may collect anonymized purchase analytics.

Apple App Store

Payments go through StoreKit and Apple's privacy terms.

Security and retention

Transmission uses HTTPS/TLS. Photos are processed in memory and discarded after the result is returned. Local gallery data remains until you delete the app. Purchase records are kept by Apple and RevenueCat under their policies.

Children

Halloween Paws AI is rated 4+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Enable parental controls if a child might make in-app purchases.

Your choices

• Deny camera or photo library access in iOS Settings
• Delete local data by uninstalling the app
• Manage purchases in your Apple ID account

California and international

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising. Photos may be processed on servers in the United States. EEA, UK, and Swiss users consent by choosing to run a transformation. Because we do not retain photos, stored-data access requests generally have nothing to return.

Changes

We will update the date on this page when the policy changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
