Halloween Paws AI ("we", "our") processes dog photos only to generate a holiday portrait. We do not create user accounts.

## Photos

Photos you choose are transmitted over HTTPS to generate an AI transformation (Google Gemini) and are not retained on our servers after processing. Transformed images return to your device.

## Purchases

Credit packs are sold through the Apple App Store and reconciled with RevenueCat. We do not collect card numbers.

## We do not collect

Name, email (unless you write support), location, advertising IDs, contacts, or browsing history.

## Local data

The in-app gallery, settings, and credit balance stay on your device until you delete the app.

## Children's privacy

The app is rated 4+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Enable Apple parental controls if a child might make purchases.
